Klass Electronics

Klass Electronics is an electronics store based in St. Maarten which extended its offerings to the BVI in 2016. Shortly after opening, Klass Electronics requested the services of EEMS to help build awareness of their brand as a new electronics store in the BVI. The Client expressed to EEMS the need to rapidly grow their client base and in turn increase sales. EEMS quickly set out to create two campaigns for the Client that would position them as a top provider of electronic products and increase awareness of their store and offerings island-wide.

The Black Friday Madness campaign was created and executed, introducing Klass as the go-to electronic store on the island and promoting great deals on electronic products for customers. The Santa Klass campaign followed shortly thereafter, promoting Christmas savings, gift ideas, and a chance to win electronic products. Both campaigns were successfully executed, seeing hundreds of customers visiting and shopping in-store during the promotion. These campaigns also created top-of-mind awareness, of Klass Electronics, as a provider of electronic products. Through the Christmas campaign, a database and profile of roughly 300 active customers was developed via market surveys that were conducted.
