Matcha’s Bar & Grill retained the services of EEMS to realize their vision of creating a signature event that would add to their thriving weekly Tuesday night grill and lounge vibe. After identifying the target market and analyzing their needs, EEMS set out to conceptualize a weekly event that would appeal to locals and create a vibrant atmosphere of entertainment and great food for the target market. Free-Up Friday was quickly coined and the event was positioned as the ultimate Friday night hang-out where you can enjoy live entertainment and tasty food fresh off the grill.
